"Police: Man arrested after having sex with goat in Oklahoma City"

By Austin Prickett, KOKH Monday, December 28th 2015

Darryl Scoggin. (Oklahoma County Jail)
"OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) - Oklahoma City Police say a man has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a goat.

"According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, 53-year-old Darryl Gene Scoggin was arrested Dec. 24 on a complaint of animal cruelty.

"Police reports show at approximately 10:30 p.m. Dec. 24 officers were called to the 900 block of Chisholm Road. Upon arrival, the officers spoke with a witness who told them he saw Scoggin on surveillance video with his pants around his ankles and holding a goat down. The witness told police Scoggin was 'obviously having sexual intercourse with the goat' The reporting party told police he then grabbed his gun and ran to the barn.

"Scoggin allegedly saw the man coming and began running, but was then caught by the reporting party and held at gunpoint. The reporting party told police this is not the first time this has happened to their goats.

"Police then took Scoggin into custody. A bottle of vodka was discovered in Scoggin's jacket found in the goat pen."

"First and foremost, the residents of this town are unhappy. Everyone feels that taxes are too high, and unless spending is brought under control, they will rise to even higher levels. As it is right now, 36 cents of every tax dollar goes first to pay debts. This is already at a level that has pushed other local governments into bankruptcy. It’s unconscionable for this to be happening in a city the size of Racine that has an annual operating budget of around 85 million dollars. And on top of already high taxes, citizens are being hit with a barrage of fines and fees for petty ordinance violations or permits to do the simplest of home improvement projects such as replacing a toilet or water heater. They’re simply sick and tired of it.

"Tens of millions of dollars in law suits against Dickert and the city for a variety of unnecessary offenses ranging from personal defamation to civil rights violations. And there are others in process now, that could cost millions more. Arguing that these lawsuits have been without merit is illogical and delusional, Racine does not have a history of frequent and costly lawsuits under past mayors, nor do other typical communities of similar size to Racine. These lawsuits have been the unique and direct result of failed leadership.

"Failed and costly 'development' projects. We have been subjected to repeated announcements of grand new projects advertised to create jobs and bolster the local economy. Things such as the Delta Hawk engine plant which was touted as a creator of 200 good paying jobs, which have never materialized, to the Porters Project to revitalize downtown, which was abandoned and is now a rubble strewn hole in the ground. And of course Machinery Row, which has never gotten past the pretty poster stage and now, despite millions of vanished tax credits, and millions in Racine taxpayer loans, the project has no financing and remains a collection of decaying, unusable buildings, another unfulfilled promise to desperate, financially depleted taxpayers.

"Adversarial relations with neighboring communities. Everything from the mayor reneging on the city’s share of financing for 911 services under the joint dispatches contract or the anger over the escalating fees other communities are being charged for sewer and water services, our closest municipal neighbors are angry with Racine.

"Racial tensions. Whether it is minority bar owners suing the city for discrimination and civil rights violations or First People (Native Americans) protesting the giveaway of a plot in Mound Cemetery that violated a more than 100 year old treaty, minority citizens in Racine do not feel as though they are being treated equally or respectfully.

"Overall, a failed vision. A great place to “live, work and play?” For whom? It’s a nice sounding slogan, but unless you happen to be an out of town boat owner who stops by during a fair or festival, you know just how fake it all is. Talk to just about anyone who doesn’t happen to be in the mayor’s inner circle and you will hear stories of how difficult it is to invest, develop and prosper as a business owner in this city. Everything ftle other than stifle, and frustrate business owners and limit their profitability."

"Book Collaboration Spurs On Racine Arts Council Efforts"

From Racine County Eye:

By Denise Lockwood in Community, Arts · December 30, 2015 · No comments

"When Nick Ramsey became Racine’s poet laureate, part of his duties included putting together a book titled Transformation: Art & Poetry. The project featured 12 poets and artists, and the proceeds from the book will go towards the Racine Arts Council.

"The book features 24 poems and 24 pieces of artwork, including metal sculptures, blown glass, jewelry, photography, paintings, mixed media and print work.

"Robert Osborne and his wife Vera Scekic funded the project through the Osborne-Scekic Family Foundation because they feel supporting the arts creates a more vibrant community.

"'My wife is an artist here, and we love seeing people in the arts succeed,' Osborne said. 'We believe that this is a potential economic driver for the city and the region.'

"If you are interested interested in buying the book, it’s on sale for $40 at the Racine Arts Council, 316 6th St. A book release party is set from 6 to 9 p.m. Jan. 16 at the Racine Arts Council."

"John Lennon - 'Working Class Hero'"

JM - 14

"Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas, Merry Christmas."  That's all I've heard the past few days.

I got up yesterday, around three o'clock.   I went on a mission to find some Coca-Cola.  Walmart had it on sale for $1 for a 2-liter bottle.  Ha!  Even Walmart was closed.  I finally went to a gas station and got a 2-liter for $2.

I went home, ate some potatoes, and went back to bed around 6 PM.  I got up to take my meds, to pee, etc., but I didn't "officially " get up today until 1PM.  That's 19 hours sleeping, a personal best for me.   That's how I deal with my depression: I sleep.  Yesterday, the loneliness finally got to me.

The JTI is composed of friends and we sometimes refer to ourselves as a "family," but nothing can replace real relatives.  All of my family is gone.  Sometimes it gets very hard to go on without them.  Often, I think of joining them.

So what's better?  Feeling sorry for myself or sleeping?  So, I try to sleep.  I ask whatever God there is to take me in my sleep, but I always wake up to this reality.  I swear I don't belong here.  This is not my world and I've known that for over 60 years.  I don't understand how society works,  As a child, I thought everyone else was literally  an "alien."  I don't feel much different now.

I've been sorely tested recently with a desire for a bottle of bourbon, or anything that will numb me.  I know some drug dealers, but I don't have the money.  The shingles still burn daily.  That gabapentin can fuck you up and I took some extra the other day to see what happens.  It gave me a strong memory of eating at a small, blue table near a window, in "my" apartment.  I've never had a small, blue table, and the apartment was my "style."  Down to the bricks for walls.  I also felt stupid and had difficulty with minor, daily tasks, like operating a fork.  And my shingles still hurt.

Anyway, none of this shit matters.  If it did, something would be done about it.  I don't matter, either.  This has been reinforced thousands of times.

I'm going to eat some potatoes now and I figure I'll be back in bed soon, unless something interesting happens online, but it won't.

"Happy New Year, Happy New Year, Happy New Year."

A new religion based on old monitors?  Hell, why not?

"Correcting the Record"

From Racine County Corruption:

Michael Nieskes

In our recent post dated 12-17-2015, we wish to correct the record. Michael Nieskes did not violate Wisconsin Statutes 946.31 regarding perjury; he violated Wisconsin Statutes 946.32 by filing a false affidavit into court records.

The difference between perjury and the filing of a false affidavit into court records could be likened to the difference between a spontaneous oral response versus an act that may have required the following;  conspiracy, complicity and collusion.

The effort of an affidavit would also include the amount of time to draft the affidavit, notarized the document and the time to file the document into court records. Usually the affidavit process takes several hours, or even days to complete.

The amount of time required to file an affidavit usually requires additional acts to perform as compared to oral pleadings.  So looking at the big picture with filing an affidavit, you have a lot more time to reflect on what you are going to file into court records vs. oral pleadings.  So one could come to a reasonable conclusion that filing a false affidavit into court records should be considered a more serious offense than perjury.

Wisconsin statute 946.32  False swearing;

2) Whoever under oath or affirmation or upon signing a statement pursuant to s. 887.015 makes or subscribes a false statement which the person does not believe is true is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

It is ironic that an act that may involve a higher degree of criminal intent has a lesser degree of criminal punishment.

It took us only a few days to acknowledge our error while Michael Nieskes has had almost five years to acknowledge and correct his abuse of power including his filed false affidavit into court records. We invite Mr. Nieskes into the court anytime, even if we are a defendant, for we would surely enjoy the opportunity to impeach Mr. Nieskes’s testimony on the stand.

We remind Mr. Nieskes that it is he who invited us to play in his court, and then acting as a coward, Mr. Nieskes failed to show up when we invited him thru subpoenas to impeach his testimony.
Until that time when we may meet Mr. Nieskes in court, we continue our pro bono publico platform.

It is all public record, and the corrupt Judge Gerald Ptacek was the orchestrator of the legal folly.

JM - 13

When my parents were raising me in bars, occasionally my mother would want to go home earlier than dad.  (I didn't want to go home with dad for different reasons than mom: His driving scared the shit out of me when he was sober.  Drunk, it was even worse.)  Just as occasionally, my mother had been flirting with some other guy in the bar.  He'd end up offering her a ride home, and I always went along.  Some of them just dropped us off, but more than one invited themselves in, expecting a piece of ass from mom.  She didn't do much to discourage them, so I found myself physically putting myself between them.  Sometimes I had to do that a number of times.  Sometime, the guy would threaten me with a beating.  That was fine, I just didn't want anyone  fucking my mother but my dad..  The "suitors" became bored and pissed off, and they'd leave.

Of course, how many times was I not there?  I don't know why my mother did this.  I think she wanted to prove that she was still pretty and could still interest a man, but what the hell do I know?

It was a fucked up way to raise a kid, that I knew.  But it was all I had.   And within a few years, I'd be out on the streets with friends while mom and dad drank.  An expert example of juvenile delinquency.  I was busted once for turning in a false fire alarm.  That was back in the days that they had fire call boxes all over the city.  I was also busted once for underage drinking in a motor vehicle.

When you add it all up, though, what I got away with far outweighed the punishments I received.  It pays to be a crook,  especially a political crook.

Absolute Idiot

A couple of years ago, some guy in Racine or Kenosha did the same thing,  Once the machinery got ahold of him, he had no chance.  The same goes for snow throwers.  Do not use your hands to clear a plugged chute.  Keep a stick or two handy.

I believe that we should bring back conscription, for both men and women.  I never served, so I can't speak from personal experience, but I have seen how a hitch in the Army matures a person.

"Yep, it’s true."

From Knuckledraggin My Life Away:

"We always had good Christmases, but a lot of sacrifice went into making them good for us kids. There were always lots of gifts under the tree with one ‘special’ one for each kid every year, but the most expensive one I ever got was a Remington 870 Wingmaster that Pops got secondhand from one of the guys in his company. It had less than a box through it. I’ve shot the fuck out of that shotgun over the years, hunting everything from dove to deer with it. It’s still sitting in my safe today.

"Racine man nets near-max for stalking, threatening women, cops"

From The Journal

"This is a cropped version of a photo William E. Crockett
of Racine allegedly texted to women, including a Racine police officer. Crockett, 45, was sentenced on Monday, December 21, 2015, to 27 months behind bars plus 18 months on extended supervision for charges of stalking and unlawful use of a computer messaging system."

9 hours ago  •

"RACINE — A Racine man, whom more than a dozen women accused of stalking them, threatening them and sending them sexually explicit pictures, spoke passionately about wanting his “life back” — and not wanting to go to jail.

"He’s headed to prison.

"William E. Crockett, 45, of the 2200 block of Mount Pleasant Street, was sentenced on Monday to 27 months behind bars — nearly the maximum sentenced allowed.

"Prosecutors and investigators said Crockett, who previously worked at two Racine County prisons and as a mall security guard, sent threatening texts to women, including a female Racine police officer and then the female Racine County Sheriff’s Office detective investigating that allegation.

"During his sentencing, Crockett said he admitted to 'what I did' and was honest with investigators. But he said he didn’t want to go to jail.

''I never stalked anybody. It was a back-and-forth thing. I might have gotten carried away,' said Crockett. 'I just want my life back.'

"Racine County Circuit Judge Michael Piontek also sentenced Crockett to 18 months on extended supervision, calling him 'a danger.'"

"Anonymous Is Hacking ISIS, But Warns Collaborating With US Government Is 'Deeply Stupid'"

By @daithaigilbert On

Anonymous says its reputation is being damaged by an offshoot that's working closely with the U.S. government. Photo: Reuters

"The hacking collective Anonymous is battling ISIS online, but one of its most important voices has warned members that collaborating with the U.S. war on terror would be "deeply stupid." The shadowy group issued a statement distancing itself from an offshoot, Ghost Security Group, which has been reportedly supplying the U.S. government with information about the Islamic State group in exchange for payments.

"The statement, which came from the highly influential @YourAnonNews Twitter account (1.6 million followers), included a thinly veiled criticism of Ghost Security Group: 'We think it’s great if people want to hack ISIS and publish their secrets,' the group said. 'But engaging in social media censorship campaigns and dealing with intelligence contractors and government agents is deeply stupid. The former will contribute to legitimize the spread of internet censorship and will lead to the increased censorship for everyone, including Anonymous.'

"The statement goes on to say that close relationships with government agents will result in many more informers within Anonymous as well as damaging the group’s reputation 'as it will lead to a view that Anonymous is too close to U.S. intelligence interests.'"

"Wanggaard rejects call for Lincoln Hills hearing"

From The Journal

4 hours ago • MARK SCHAAF

"MADISON — A Racine state senator has rejected Democrats' call for a hearing on allegations of inmate abuse at Wisconsin's youth prison.

"State Sen. Van Wanggaard, who chairs the state Senate's judiciary committee, said a hearing could jeopardize the investigation into allegations of abuse at the Copper Lake/Lincoln Hills School in Irma. "Word broke last week that the state Justice Department has been investigating allegations of sexual and physical assaults of youth and evidence tampering since January. The FBI has also joined the probe.

 "The judiciary committee's two Democrats — Lena Taylor and Fred Risser — sent a letter to Wanggaard, R-Racine, on Wednesday asking for a hearing. "'Not only is it the Senate

"Judiciary and Public Safety's legislative responsibility to investigate this matter, but it is our moral responsibility as policymakers,' legislators said in the letter."

"Lincoln Hills youth had toes amputated after run-in with staff"

From JSOnline:

Mark Hoffman

State and federal authorities are investigating a range of potential crimes at the Lincoln Hills School for Boys, a juvenile prison, including second-degree sexual assault, physical child abuse and intimidation of victims and witnesses.

By Jason Stein, Patrick Marley and Ashley Luthern of the Journal Sentinel-Dec. 16, 2015 12:47 p.m

  "The probe into a troubled Northwoods juvenile prison intensified after a Nov. 29 incident in which a staff member shoved an inmate into his room and slammed the door, catching the youth's foot against the jamb and leaving it so mangled that toes had to be amputated, according to sources familiar with the incident.

"The staff member also punched the closed metal door hard enough to require medical attention himself just after the incident, which was captured on video that is now in the hands of law enforcement. He was put on paid leave and has since quit.

"Interviews and records from the office of Lincoln County Sheriff Jeff Jaeger provide new glimpses into conditions at the Lincoln Hills School for Boys and the Copper Lake School for Girls, located 30 miles north of Wausau.

"In the past two months alone at the prison, two teenage girls hanged themselves to the point of losing consciousness, a staff member allegedly pepper-sprayed two juvenile inmates who were complying with orders, and a staff member allegedly battered another staff member, according to 258 pages of documents released to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel under the open records law.

"Those recent incidents came after a year of warnings about Lincoln Hills to state Department of Corrections officials from a variety of sources, including Milwaukee County officials, union leaders and state Rep. Mary Czaja (R-Irma).

"Disruptions continue, said Mark Towne, the former assistant superintendent of McNaughton Correctional Center in Tomahawk.:

"Hertzberg: JT should not allow anonymous online comments"

From The Journal

December 15, 2015 12:15 am (23) Comments

"It is reprehensible that The Journal Times continues to allow readers to post comments online anonymously. Many comments are mean and judgmental. In some cases, they are also racist. Some clearly show that the poster did not read the article carefully before hitting the keyboard because he or she is asking questions that were answered in the story.

"These comments do not advance community dialogue in any positive way. It is reasonable to assume that we would not read these comments if the writers had to sign their name, as with letters to the editor in the print edition. Indeed, the newspaper does not print letters to the editor without first verifying the identity of the letter writer. Why should online posts meet a lower standard as e-readership eclipses print readership?

"A Lee newspaper in Montana recently announced that it will not allow anonymous posts after Jan. 1. The Journal Times should follow the lead of its sister newspaper.

"Open government group files complaint against Public Records Board"

From The Journal

5 hours ago  •

"MADISON — A state open government watchdog group has filed a complaint alleging an obscure board made changes to the state's records retention policies in August in violation of the state open meetings law.

"Bill Lueders, president of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council, wrote Monday in a verified complaint to Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne that the Public Records Board made changes to the state's records retention policy without proper notice or record in its minutes of motions and votes.

"Cullen Werwie, a spokesman for Gov. Scott Walker's Department of Administration said last week 'while we do not agree that there was any violation, to the extent the Department of Administration provides administrative support to the Public Records Board, we plan on working with (the Department of Justice's) Office of Open Government to implement best practices for both the agenda and meeting minutes moving forward.'"

“US Officials Asked; How ISIS Got So Many Toyota Trucks"?

From Racine County Corruption:

Friday, December 11, 2015
 “US Officials Asked;
 How ISIS Got So Many Toyota Trucks"?

How did ISIS Get
400 New Toyota Pickup Trucks?
From our Corrupt U S Government
Of Course!
U.S. counter-terror officials asked Toyota, the world’s second largest auto maker,  how ISIS had managed to acquire the large number of Toyota pick-up trucks and SUVs seen prominently in the terror group’s propaganda videos in Iraq, Syria and Libya,
Toyota said it did not know how ISIS obtained the vehicles and supported the inquiry led by the Terror Financing unit of the Treasury Department — part of a broad U.S. effort to prevent Western-made goods from ending up in the hands of the terror group.
The report cited Lukman Faily, Iraqi Ambassador to the U.S.
“This is a question we’ve been asking our neighbors,” Faily said. “How could these brand new trucks… these four wheel drives, hundreds of them — where are they coming from?”
Not surprisingly, it appeared the US Treasury was asking the wrong party. Instead of Toyota, the US Treasury’s inquiry should have started next door at the US State Department run by the liar Hillary Clinton.
Mystery Solved
 Last year the US State Department had been sending in fleets of specifically Toyota-brand trucks into Syria to whom they claimed was the “Free Syrian Army.”
US foundation-funded Public Radio International (PRI) reported in a 2014 article titled, “This one Toyota pickup truck is at the top of the shopping list for the Free Syrian Army — and the Taliban,”
Recently, when the US State Department resumed sending non-lethal aid to Syrian rebels, the delivery list included 43 Toyota trucks.
Hiluxes were on the Free Syrian Army’s wish list. Oubai Shahbander, a Washington-based advisor to the Syrian National Coalition, is a fan of the truck.
“Specific equipment like the Toyota Hiluxes are what we refer to as force enablers for the moderate opposition forces on the ground,” he adds. Shahbander says the US-supplied pickups will be delivering troops and supplies into battle. Some of the fleet will even become battlefield weapons..
And the dirty corrupt Brits were also involved in the aiding of ISIS according to a British Independant 2013 news article.
The British government has also admittedly supplied a number of vehicles to terrorists fighting inside of Syria. The British Independent’s 2013 article titled, “Revealed: What the West has given Syria’s rebels,” reported that (emphasis added):
five 4×4 vehicles with ballistic protection;
20 sets of body armour; four trucks (three 25 tonne, one 20 tonne);
six 4×4 SUVs;
five non-armoured pick-ups;
one recovery vehicle;
four fork-lifts;
three advanced “resilience kits” for region hubs, designed to rescue people in emergencies;
130 solar powered batteries;
 around 400 radios;
water purification and rubbish collection kits;
VSATs (small satellite systems for data communications) and printers.
It’s fair to say that whatever pipeline the US State Department and the British government used to supply terrorists in Syria with these trucks was likely used to send additional vehicles before and after these reports were made public.

"Ex-police chief beat junkie who stole his porn, sex toys: feds"

Former Suffolk County Police Chief James Burke is walked out of FBI headquarters. Photo: Victor Alcorn
"A former Suffolk County police chief beat up and threatened to kill a junkie who stole a duffel bag containing porn DVDs and sex toys from the chief’s official vehicle — then arm-twisted other cops to cover up the assault, the feds charged Wednesday.

"James Burke, who resigned in October, was busted on civil-rights and obstruction charges for allegedly assaulting Christopher Loeb in a rage after the handcuffed burglary suspect called him a “pervert” over the stolen bag’s racy contents.

"Then, court papers allege, the disgraced lawman forced lower-level cops to get their 'stories straight' and keep him in the clear — intimidating them so badly that one even lied under oath on the witness stand.

"Loeb was arrested on Dec. 14, 2012, at his mother’s Smithtown home, where authorities found 'a cache of property stolen from numerous vehicles,' including from Burke’s police-issued SUV.

 "'The items stolen from Burke’s vehicle included his gun belt, magazines of ammunition, a box of cigars, a humidor and a canvas bag that contained, among other items, sex toys and adult pornography,' the fed documents say"
