Nieskes has spent years mastering the art of
control or influence (a person or situation) cleverly, unfairly, or unscrupulously
As a prosecutor in Racine County, Nieskes negotiated, bartered and plea bargained with some of the lowest of low life’s and some of the best cons in the criminal realm.
Nieskes further interacted with pimps, whores, fraudsters, false prophets and other persons of ill repute.
As the years went by, Nieskes studied, tweaked and assimilated many of these low life skills into his own personal and professional life.
Nieskes especially honed his dark skills in the arts of deception and spin to a point that he is able to manipulate his associates, employees, friends, Judges and the general public.
Nieskes became so proficient at these arts that he can no longer differentiate between truth or his realm,
Nieskes's mind is truly
Suffering from dementia, or driven to behave irrationally due to anger or distress.
As a narcissist, Nieskes hides and denies his past egregious acts and seemingly whines to his associates that he is a victim of a stalker,  but the reality is Nieskes is the viral participant of what he negotiated.
Nieskes is so proficient at the art of deception that he is able to manipulate others to defend his name and do his dirty deeds for him.
Nieskes is also an opportunist, or perhaps even a predator. A predator the likes of former Calumet County District Attorney Kenny Kratz. Yes the same Ken Kratz of National District Attorney Wall of Shame fame who used and abused his position of power that preyed and manipulated on the weak minded, the innocent, the trusting, the naive and of course the
 Lacking intelligence or common sense.

City Administrator Tom Friedel and the rest of the CIty of Racine Public Employees and Officials are IN THE MONEY – for life – courtesy of the Tax-Payers and the unsustainable OPEB they have been promised – 'Other Post Employment Benefits'. It’s all part of the taxpayer provided public employee benefit wonderland where tax-free benefit packages which cost $20,000 to $40,000 plus make up for the low $100,000 salaries…."

From News The JT Can't Use:

"From Fort RUSS:

"Heroes of Donbass: Happy Birthday, Givi!
"This is no Hollywood war movie – but it could have been, given the Ukrainian conflict is permeated with US dollars. These scenes are very real and they are what brought fame (or is it notoriety, in this context?) for commanders 'Motorola' and 'Givi', as they are known, who appear in the first clip.

"Givi is commander of the 'Somali' militia in Donetsk, and to whom Western mainstream media like to refer to as a 'pro-Russian separatist'. Givi is a Donetsk national of Georgian roots, who has (in better days) served in the Ukrainian armed forces.

"Since the start of the Ukrainian conflict, he has been defending the Donbass region from the Ukrainian army, the far-Right Ukro-fascists, paid mercenaries, and their Washington-based founders.

"Meanwhile, Murdoch media paints a picture to the contrary – does this look like a 'Russian invasion' to you? Which side is defending and which side is attacking? Since 2015, Givi has been on the European Council’s list of 'sanctioned people.' I’m sure Givi would wipe his ass with it if he had a copy.

"Judge Ptacek’s Eulogy"

From Racine County Corruption:
"Judge Ptacek’s Eulogy"

"In January of 2017,  the unethical and unapologetic corrupt judge will be retiring.

"Many residents, defendants, attorneys and reporters will view the passing of Judge Ptacek’s gavel as uneventful.

"To many others that have seen and witnessed Ptacek's failures as a judge, this day of retirement will be met with a day of hope.

"Hope that the replacement judge named by Governor Scott Walker will not become a repeat fiasco as the 2011 Michael Nieskes bad joke onto our community.

"Gerald Ptacek’s demeanor in court has been quite extraordinary: Ptacek is a quiet, soft spoken judge who listens intently and often asks questions, leading a plaintiff, defendant or other court participant to believe that Ptacek really does care about justice.

"But Ptacek's chiffon demeanor hides a very dark and ugly side.  Ptacek carries into court a magician's repertoire full of conspiracy, complicity and collusion, acting subvertly to deny justice without revealing his own court agenda or dirty bag of tricks.

"Like a magician, Ptacek has also mastered the art of smoke and mirrors, using his unbridled power at the bench to create the illusion of justice.  Ptacek's delusional/illusional justice show had been aided by other government agencies, including during the reign of Michael Nieskes's helm at the Racine County District Attorney's office.

"During Michael Nieskes's reign of power, Michael Nieskes's office was well known to unethically hold exparte meetings with judge Ptacek without notice to other court participants. Both judge Ptacek and Michael Nieskes's office engaged in highly unethical acts to conspire to deny defendant(s) trial, and presto/chango - puuf, the scheduled trial for the next day was gone, along with wcca public records.

"This left the defendant(s) appearing for scheduled trial with witnesses without knowledge or notice of the trial being adjourned while the state notified their witnesses the previous night not to appear.

"In Racine County Circuit Court case # 11-FO-57, Ptacek and Nieskes's office conspired together and engaged in exparte meetings to adjourn trial the day before trial on three separate occasions.  Ptacek and Nieskes's office were complicit to subvert justice the day before trials in an attempt to wear the defendant(s) out.

"And just as magicians protect their illusions, so does Judge Ptacek, including the abuse of court records and online WCCA posts to create the illusion to the public that all is well in the Racine County Circuit Court system.

"Magicians don't like an audience that understands or reveals the illusions of their show.. Same for judges, they to don't like court participants or defendants that understand the judges corrupt ways, or worse yet reveals their dirty underhanded, chiffon clothed covered dead rabbit in a derby hat trick.

"Ptacek has lots of dirty underwear hiding under his judge's robe. Ptacek has a long history as an unethical and dirty judge, so it makes you question how often he changed his underwear while acting as judge.
Ptacek's dirty laundry will never wash clean when court participants maintain accurate records of the court events.
It's all part of the official court record that
Gerald Ptacek
is an

From News the JT Can't Use:

"The Journal Times, contrary to popular opinion, does a *GREAT JOB* of reporting the news – although it does, at times, seem to provide cover for some of the illegal acts performed under the color of law by local officials – or even their outright criminal acts – but then again, the obfuscation, cover-ups and outright lies by public officials complicates the problem, which is  excaberated by LEE ENTERPRISES CEO Mary Junck who has gutted the Newsroom, emphasizes revenue over quality reporting, while lowering the pay and benefits for Employees, and just like Racine Mayor John Dickert, whose tax policies are Looting a City of Ill Repute (transferring money via taxes from the productive and creative to an unacountable, bloated and incompetent Bureaucracy)  – Mary Junck’s fiscal manipulations and disasters are Looting a Company of Ill Repute."

Anonymous Threats

It's been brought to my attention that one of the bloggers that I regularly link to has been receiving anonymous threats to his personal safety on his sites.  He warned me in case I wanted to stop linking to his blogs.  Fuck that.  The threats mean he's publishing the truth.  Nothing scares the shit out of corrupt politiicians more than the truth.  Many would rather die than face it.  Let's accomodate them.

JM - 37

One of my concerns on aging is that I have no relatives close by to feed the cat, watch out for me, etc.  I have a niece in Racine, but if I give her access to my apartment, then her boyfriend will have access to it.  There may be nothing left when I get back home.

The other, elder niece is the beneficiary of my life insurance and charged with taking care of things when I croak.  She lives in Muskego.

When my kidneys went down, there was more than once in the hospital that I felt a little helpless.  The whole thing of doctors/nurses discussing you, but then not discussing with you.  This will only occur more and more as I live longer.  I can understand now my mother’s concern about a nursing home.  You’re essentially a convict.  I’d much rather punch out than be a slave in some facility.

It’s all a matter of timing and I know of no way to gauge that.  Have a stroke and, bam, you’re a drooling idiot.  Too bad you didn’t punch out the day before. You can’t do it now.

If any of your body is subject to angioplasty or other plaque-dealing measures, know that the smallest piece can break off and lodge in your brain.  I knew a guy like that at the Alano Club.  He went from a hale and hearty man to a cripple.

I wonder, I wonder.

"Bianca Bree Van Damme Daughter Helicopter Kick, JCVD legacy Continues."

It's neck-stomping good weather out there.

From Racine County Eye:

By Denise Lockwood in Breaking, Police and fire · July 15, 2016 · No comments

"A woman is accused of child abuse after she struck a child in the face and stomped on another’s neck after they were fighting with her daughter.

"Sherrita Johnson, 35, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with two counts of physical abuse of a child, contributing to the delinquency of a child, and two counts of felony bail jumping.

"If convicted on all charges, Johnson faces up to 37 years nine months in prison and/or fined up to $70,000.

"According the criminal complaint, officers with the Racine Police Department were called to a home in the 2700 block of 21st St for a report of an 11-year-old girl being struck in the face and a 12-year-old girl’s neck being stomped on at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. During the investigation, officers learned that Johnson physically fought the girls after they had a disagreement with her daughter at 3 a.m.

"Johnson told the police that once she learned about the three girls fighting, she brought her two children over to the 11-year-old girl’s home. Johnson told police there was a verbal altercation, but she denied hitting the girl or stomping on the other girl’s neck.

"Johnson, who is out on bail, has a pending burglary charge in Dane County.

"A preliminary hearing has been set for 9 .m. Wednesday in front of Racine County Court Commissioner Alice Rudebusch."

"Poll: Strong majority of Wisconsinites want legal marijuana"

From The Journal

MARK SOMMERHAUSER, 608-252-6122  Updated 1
"A majority of Wisconsinites want marijuana to be legal and regulated like alcohol, a new poll shows.

"Results were released Wednesday for the Marquette Law School Poll, a leading measure of public opinion in the Badger State.

"The poll asked registered voters: 'When it comes to marijuana, some people think that the drug should be fully legalized and regulated like alcohol. Do you agree or disagree with that view?'

"Fifty-nine percent of respondents said they agreed, while 39 percent disagreed.

"Poll director Charles Franklin noted the results were a shift from those given to a survey question in Wisconsin two years ago — although, Franklin emphasized, that question was worded differently.

"It asked voters in September 2014: 'Do you think the use of marijuana should be made legal or not?'

"Then, 46 percent of poll respondents said it should be legal and 51 percent said it should not be.

"The new poll results show 'the tide in Wisconsin is turning' on public opinion of legalization, state Rep. Melissa Sargent said Wednesday.

"Sargent, D-Madison, has introduced marijuana legalization bills in the state Assembly, but they gained little traction.

"Marijuana, while still illegal under federal law, has been legalized for recreational use in several states in recent years. They are Alaska, Colorado, Oregon and Washington, and the District of Columbia.

"The latest Marquette poll was conducted July 7-10 and had a margin of error of plus or minus 4.1 percentage points."

"Dallas police chief says ‘we’re asking cops to do too much in this country’"

From The Washinton Post:

"DALLAS — The police chief here said Monday he feels that law enforcement officers across the country are being asked to take on too much, comments that came as his department was still investigating the mass shooting of Dallas police officers last week and protesters in other cities continued demonstrations against how officers use force.

"Even as the Dallas police worked to sift through massive amounts of evidence from the shooting rampage that killed five officers — an effort that entails watching hundreds of hours of videos and conducting scores of interviews — David Brown, the Dallas police chief, said he believes officers in his city and nationwide are under too much strain.

"'We’re asking cops to do too much in this country,' Brown said at a briefing Monday. 'We are. Every societal failure, we put it off on the cops to solve. Not enough mental health funding, let the cops handle it.

'Here in Dallas we got a loose dog problem; let’s have the cops chase loose dogs. Schools fail, let’s give it to the cops. That’s too much to ask. Policing was never meant to solve all those problems.'"

"During his remarks Monday, Brown also offered a hint of the toll that overseeing the response to such a shooting was taking on him. Brown, who has lived through traumas including his son’s death following the young man’s fatal shooting of an officer, said he was 'running on fumes.' The chief also said he and his family 'received death threats almost immediately after the shooting.'

"'We’re all on edge,' Brown said of police in Dallas. 'And we’re being very careful.''

"'Una Furtiva Lagrima' - Enrico Caruso 1904"

I can't believe how much more they've cleaned up the sound. I got Caruso 2000, but this is much better.

English translation:

A single furtive tear
from her eyes sprang:
Those joyful boys seem to envy me.
What more need I look for?
What more need I look for?
She loves me! Yes, she loves me, I see it. I see it.
Just for an instant the beating of
her beautiful heart I heard!
And my sighs became as one
fleetingly with her sighs!
Her heart beating, her heart beating to hear,
our sighs confounded as one...
Heavens! Yes I could, I could die!
More I can't ask, I can't ask.
Oh, heavens! Yes I could! Yes I could die!
More I can't ask, I can't ask.
Yes I could die! If I could die of love.
